We primarily accept all major payment cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Union Pay. We also accept cash in PLN, EUR and USD. Another payment option is online payments processed via the internet—we send you a payment link, and you can pay for the service using your card on a secure website (powered by sumup®). The final option is invoice-based payments, where your company settles invoices through a bank transfer.
Yes! Every ride is registered in our system. For each service, you will receive either a receipt or a VAT invoice. Additionally, for every payment, you will receive a payment confirmation sent electronically to your email or a printed version directly from the driver.
Airport pick-up is handled as follows:
1. We take care of arriving at the airport on time, tracking flight arrivals, and knowing when the flight is delayed. In case the flight is canceled, we contact the guest and, if necessary, arrange for an alternative arrival.
2. Driver’s Arrival: Our driver will be waiting for the guest directly in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with the guest’s name or your company logo.
3. Assistance with Luggage: The driver will assist with luggage.
4. Safe Journey: After greeting the guest, the driver will escort them to the vehicle, ensuring a comfortable and safe journey to the destination.
5. Additional Services: If needed, the driver can provide further information about the area or assist with organizing additional transportation.
This process ensures that the airport pick-up is quick, comfortable, and stress-free.
Of course! The fact that we have been collaborating with companies for many years shows that we primarily serve guests from other countries. Our drivers communicate fluently and comfortably in English, which we consider an absolute minimum in today’s world.
